INDIANAPOLIS, March 12, 2020 – SEI Family Office Services, the division of SEI focused on delivering technology and technology-enabled services to family offices and financial institutions serving ultra-high-net-worth families, announced it is rolling out a new user interface for its award-winning Archway Platform℠ in late 2020.
The new user interface will include simplified navigational constructs and enhancements to its on-screen reporting including improved dashboard-style views. Additionally, the Archway Platform’s new front-end will be rewritten using responsive web design that will allow clients to access the platform via their mobile devices. The upgraded UI will also boast a new color scheme that enhances the overall aesthetic of the platform and offers end-users greater control over their display while improving visibility across the application. The upgrade is focused exclusively on enhancing the user experience and does not affect the technology’s underlying processing engine.
“After 18 months of intense design and development work, we are excited to announce that later this year we will be unveiling a reimagined and streamlined user interface for our family office fintech platform,” said Ryan Laughon, Head of SEI Family Office Services. “As an immediate result of this upgrade, our clients will enjoy a simplified, modern and responsive user interface affording them greater mobility and flexibility when using the application. Additionally, the move to a new front-end architecture represents a significant shift in our development strategy and provides our team with greater flexibility as we plan for future enhancements to the Archway Platform. Looking beyond 2020, this project will put us in a position to further enhance our workflow processes and develop new, innovative functionality that will ultimately deliver greater efficiencies to our clients.”
